The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
- Shipping & Delivery
- International Orders must be called in or sent via email at 951-609-9489 or mrpeepers.ca@verizon.net Domestic orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of having placed your order. All domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail through the U.S. Post Office. Delivery Confirmation will be included on all orders.
- Return Policy
- In the rare event you have a problem with your order, you must call 951-609-9489 or email mrpeepers.ca@verizon.net within 72 hours of receipt of your order, otherwise it will be deemed that your order was received in satisfactory condition. If you receive a defective item or a broken item, we will pay to return shipping on the items and reship replacements or give you a refund. Whether you receive replacements or a refund are at management's discretion. Items are well packaged, above and beyond requirements by the Post Office and are inspected prior to being packaged. There will be a 25 percent restock fee on all returned items, unless items were damaged or defective. All returns require prior approval from management via email at mrpeepers.ca@verizon.net or phone 951-609-9489. Shipping on returns are the buyer's responsibility. Chargebacks will result in a $50.00 service charge to customer. If you have a problem with billing please call 951-609-9489.
